This one is a real challenge. What can you say about a license plate that is undecipherable like this. Is the owner's last name Fannon? It might very well be.

Pamela, Patricia perhaps?

Who knows. What's funny in this picture? Not much. Well, not much besides the fact that somebody went throught the trouble of getting a vanity license plate for a frickin' Focus. A freeeeeekin' Ford Focus. ZX3, no less. All 4-cylinder 136 hp 2.0 liters of it.
